Milking Parlor: Double twelve (12) Bou-matic milking parlor built in 1990. This milking parlor building measures 18 X 25.

Milk House: The milk house is a wood frame structure that was built in 1972. It is insulated and finished on the interior. Builk tank and vac. pump have been sold.

Office: The office is 12X12 and is of wood construction. The interior is finished with paneling. There is a skylight in the ceiling. The office building is heated and insulated. The exterior is finished in wood and the roof is asphalt.

Freestall Barn: Morton pole shed measures 93X120. It was built in 1994. There are two overhead doors on the west end and one overhead on the east end. The roof is insulated, there are curtains sidewalls and the floor is all concrete. The ceiling also has adjustable lever to regulate the air flow. Freestalls have mattress and were bedded with wood shavings or straw. The second freestall barn is 54 X 120, was built in 1980 has a full concrete floor, insulated door and drive through feeding system.

The third cattle barn was built in 1975, measures 44 X 166. Then in 1982 an additional 72' was added onto the back of the building. These buildings had a new metal roof installed four years ago. They have insulated ceilings, ceiling fans, and a feeding system that is tied to the silos.

Calf Barn: The calf barn is 30 X 40 wood frame barn that is insulated and heated. It has wood siding and an asphalt roof.

Feed Storage: There are two concrete silos 24 X 80 and 20 X 60 and a 20 X 90 Harvaestor silo for high moisture corn. There are also two smaller hopper bottom bins setting next to the silos.
Concrete feed lots: The feed lots are concrete one measuring 100 X 120 and the other one.

Manure Lagoon: The manure lagoon has a capacity of 1,200,000 gallons.

Water System: This farm has both rural water, a private well and private septic system.

Other features of the dairy:
1. This pole shed was built in 1968, measures 30 X 48. It has a metal roof and metal siding. There are two sliding doors and it has a dirt floor.
2. 32’X64’ open face pole shed built in 1991. Concrete floor, metal roof
3. Hay shed: 40’X90’ built in1978. Has metal roof and dirt flooring.
4. 32’X56’ pole shed. This building has a dirt floor, metal roof, and metal siding. This building was built in 1978.
5. 30’X120’ hay shed built in 1974. This also has a metal roof.
6. Hopper bottom bins. One (1) 1,800 bushel bin; two 1,200 bushel bings, one 400-bushel bin. These are Lorrich Built Bins built in 1990.
7. Steel Bins: There are five, 4,000 bushel bins and one 3,300 bushel bins. Total capacity of bins is 55,000 bushels.

Main House: This home was built in 1997. It is 2,040 square feet, rambler with vinyl siding, asphalt roof, and an attached 3-car garage. The foundation is wood with electric floor heat in the proposed bedroom areas. There is a finished bathroom in the basement currently and the family room and two future bedrooms are not completed. There is a storage room and the utility room also in the basement. The furnace is supplied by an LP High energy efficient furnace with a heat pump for the central air conditioning. The main floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, eating area, an office, and laundry room, two bedrooms including the master bedroom, a full bathroom and a master bathroom. There is a gas fireplace in the living room with vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining rom. THe interior is drywalled with carpet and vinyl covering. There are several skylights through out the house. This home is a Dynamic build home with the basement and the garage built by Comstock construction. A covered porch is in the front of the home the 3-car garage is unfinished.

Second Home: This is an older 1.5 story farm home that is finished with masonite and asphalt exterior. The interior is plaster walls and ceilings. The age of the house is unknown but has an effective age of 45 to 50 years. The windows were all replaced 4 years ago with new double-hung windows. The main floor consists of the kitchen, living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and a sitting room where the fuel-oil space heater sets in the middle of the room. There is an entry into the kitchen from the outside. There is a partial concrete basement with a 100-amp breaker service panel and an electric water heater. The upstairs consists of an additional two bedrooms. This level has plaster finish, wood flooring.
